THEY SEE YOU.THEY TRACK YOU.WE WILL STOP IT.

This is an open letter to my fellow Americans. In the last 2 years, we have watched our country convert from the Land of the Free that we all grew up in, to the Land of the surveilled. We have watched our streets become polluted by those ugly AI driven Flock cameras that watch our EVERY movement. Not the vehicles, US. This was never about “catching criminals”, this was about

To create a world where everything you do is watched and known. Little you do anymore cannot be seen by someone, somewhere. We went to sleep privately, and woke up to a camera on every corner, in every random field, on every light pole, and in every intersection. It truly seemed like it occurred that quickly.

The difference is, cameras that we previously saw all over were utilized with A LOT of constitutional oversight because they were controlled by the city, county, or state government. Governments are required to abide by the Supreme Law of the Land. For-profit companies are not. Not with the same scrutiny that is put on the government. That being said, if the government is using a for-profit company like Flock for surveillance, that makes Flock Safety Group state actors, and therefore subject to the same constitutional oversight that is placed on our governments and leaders.

I have meditated on solutions to the inherent evil behind the use of these cameras, as well as the future implications of having these on every square mile of our “free” nation, and I’ve come to the conclusion that we really have precious few options to put a stop to this evil. I have seen a great many of you cutting down these cameras and vandalizing them in some way. A glimmer of joy comes to my eye when I see the rebellious spirit of my fellow countrymen in destroying something that is truly meant for your enslavement. It’s a grand gesture and I know it is with the purest heart that this vandalism is committed.

However, in the age of industrial manufacturing, when they have warehouses full of these cameras from the sunny shores of China, your vandalism is in vain and it leaves you open to severe penalty from the government, from a misdemeanor to a high felony. The government is not taking this vandalism lightly anymore, and honestly, do you want to live your life paranoid that your door will be knocked on by an officer holding out a warrant for your arrest for the destruction of government property? I sure wouldn’t. I have seen on the news that a Virginia man may face 18 years in prison for standing up for his privacy and destroying 13 Flock cameras. That is a ludicrous number and is more than most murderers or rapists get. I have seen others face years. Any time in a jail cell is too much time.

There is a dead-minded and privacy hating group of individuals in our country that say that, well “long as there are cameras up it’ll stop crime and make me feel safer. I’m not doing anything wrong anyway.” This mentality has become all too common across the masses of NPCs in our country. They exist only to eat, sleep, shit, give their brainwashed opinion on matters, and sip their latte and enjoy the freedoms that real men of the past bled for, so they can give their uninformed opinion as to why we should all give up our freedoms so they feel safer. The funny thing to me is that cameras themselves DO NOT make you safe. You can still get robbed, murdered, or raped with cameras around. All it means is the police who view the footage might catch the villain, but only after you have been violated. Criminals don’t care about cameras. Put on a head mask and they are good. Does this country look like Dubai, or Japan, or Israel, where its crime free and clean yet? Have these cameras solved a thing? As far as I can tell they’ve caught a select few people that didn’t understand how to be criminals anyway. Overall, they have just served to traumatize families that the Flock cameras glitched and read the plate numbers wrong, leading to a police stop with toddlers in handcuffs. This does not include the documented cases of officers misusing this access to stalk their partners and exes.

So I’ll quit rambling and get to the solution. It’s not destroying the cameras. Flock gets paid double for that and they just send out a technician to install a new one next day. No biggie and you are looking at severe legal penalties. A good solution and one I encourage is litigation against the county and state. I am all for lawsuits against the governments for even allowing a private, for-profit company, to monitor all of their constituents 24/7, 365. I have no doubts some of these leaders have good intentions, however, keep in mind, they will not always be in office. Perhaps, just perhaps, the next leaders in power will not be so caring and benevolent and these cameras nationwide will be used for far more nefarious purposes. I can only imagine how much governments would abuse this technology for geofencing during COVID. We must stop this before the next Machiavellian leader takes grips on our free land.

How does one get rid of anything in government fellow American? Starve it. Starve the beast of money. How can we do this? It’s really quite simple. These cameras are ALPR cameras, which mainly function on reading your license plates to track you and put you in any spot at any time of the day. We won’t get into Signal Trace. That’s a different problem. What do you think the solution is?

This will be hard for some to accept, because it will lead to police confrontation. You will be stopped. You will need to go to court. You will need to explain to a judge that you are performing an act of civil rebellion by not registering your vehicle as you do not support these Flock cameras and will not give your money to a city that aims to track you without a warrant and against your Constitutional rights. Individually, we are weak, but if we spread this message NATIONWIDE, and cities are losing tens of millions off of people no longer registering their vehicles, then things may change. This has to happen if we are ever to see change. Massive change requires massive action. You can complain about these objects, you can vandalize them and cut them down and risk imprisonment, or you can do a lessor crime of not registering your vehicle, which is not arrestable, and stand on your rights while we still live in a country that we can exercise them. The window is closing and this movement needs to happen ASAP. Please spread this far and wide and let’s starve the beast!
